Alana Hadid x Copenhagen Fashion week

A new Hadid sister has joined the family business. Alana, half sister of “Next in Fashion” host Gigi and 2022 Model of the Year Bella Hadid, made her runway debut at Copenhagen Fashion Week opening the Spring-Summer 2024 show for Danish brand Saks Potts and Munthe.

Alana Hadid celebrated her 40th birthday party with close friends and family at her father, Mohamed Hadid’s, Los Angeles home on Saturday, July 29, 2023 with sisters Marielle Hadid and Gigi Hadid, among others. The intimate affair was held in the family’s garden with a fashion-forward Ancient Greece theme.

Guests sipped on The Adonis, Fi-Eros Margarita & Fiero & To-Nyx Spritz signature cocktails by Martini & Rossi; were greeted with gifts from Ancient Greek Sandals; and stayed cool while dancing to DJ Osamu thanks to LIFEWTR.

Alana was dressed in a BRONX AND BANCO bronze goddess gown, Ancient Greek Sandals’ winged Ikaria shoes, Alexis Bittar jewelry, makeup by Charlotte Tilbury and hair by Yuma Bastet.

Additional bar partners included an array of varietals from La Crema wines and New Belgium beers. Attendees also received VIP gift bags by Charlotte Tilbury in addition to an array of additional products from Martini & Rossi, LIFEWTR, Chillhouse, Supergoop! and Azul chocolates.

Squaring the Circle x Chrome Hearts and Polaroid

We partnered with Chrome Hearts for an exclusive t-shirt designed for ‘Squaring the Circle (the story of Hipgnosis)’ Anton Corbijn’s first documentary feature. Celebrating the trailblazing graphic-design crew responsible for some of the most iconic artwork in music history, the classic short-sleeve black t-shirt blends the prism graphic from Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon album cover and the Chrome Hearts RS-cross motif. The special t-shirt was produced in limited quantities for friends & family of the Utopia release, which premiered at Film Forum New York on June 7, 2023, ahead of its nationwide rollout.

We also teamed up with Polaroid Radio for a guest takeover by visionary Dutch photographer and filmmaker Anton Corbijn who curated a playlist of his favorite music featured in movies.

ELLE WOMEN OF IMPACT

We worked with ELLE magazine to host Women of Impact, a private, invitation-only event, to honor powerful women leaders in Washington, DC on Friday, April 28, 2023 at Ciel Social Club. ELLE’s first-ever Impact Issue celebrates women who are making their mark on the world right now, from activists raising their voices about Iran and abortion rights and helping to pass new laws; to creatives changing fashion and entertainment; to athletes and politicians working for a more equitable and sustainable world. ELLE’s 2023 Women of Impact are featured in the April 2023 issue of the magazine and online.

MARTELLUS BENNETT AND THE IMAGINATION AGENCY

We continuously find opportunities for Martellus Bennett to show his expertise at the intersection of sports and creativity. Through these opportunities, we elevated the profile of his Imagination Agency through creative product collaborations and entertainment property partnerships, media interviews, and strategic appearances. Developed and secured creative brand partnerships for co-branded products and co-created content with Pro Keds, GIPHY, Play-Doh, Microsoft, Yahoo Sports/Complex, Bleacher Report, Oddfellows Ice Cream, ESPN, LAIKA Studios, and more. Converted interviews and media appearances into contract work for Martellus' sports-meets-creativity consulting expertise. Created a five-city media tour for his third book - Dear Black Boy - which more than doubled sales from his previous works. Among the brands with which we secured partnerships for Martellus Bennett are Adidas, Microsoft, ESPN, Yahoo Sports, Complex, Hasbro, among others.

ANNA DELVEY X WHEELHOUSE

We work with Anna “Delvey” Sorokin and secured a partnership with Butternut, the lifestyle-focused venture from Wheelhouse (the media, marketing and investment company founded by Brent Montgomery in 2018) and former Food Network president Courtney White, for a new unscripted series, Delvey’s Dinner Club.

The show will go behind the scenes with Anna as she reinvents herself and her name, reintroducing herself to New York City and the world, one dinner party at a time, in the only way she is allowed to do so: at home. Through fly-on-the-wall footage and interviews with Anna and her guests, Delvey’s Dinner Club will highlight the dichotomy of her house arrest-driven isolation during the day, and the experience of company and festivity when she opens her apartment doors to her guests – and viewers – at night.

THe Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards x Entertainment weekly SUNDANCE FILM FEST 2023

We worked with The Creative Coalition to host the annual Spotlight Initiative Awards Gala Dinner at Sundance Film Festival with media partners Entertainment Weekly.

The Spotlight Initiative Awards are a prestigious honor in the independent film arena. For almost two decades, these honors have been bestowed during the Cannes, Toronto, and other major film festivals both domestically and abroad.

2023 Honorees include Phoebe Dynevor (Fair Play), Nikole Hannah-Jones(The 1619 Project), Adam Lambert (Fairyland), Luis A. Miranda Jr. (Going Varsity in Mariachi), Randall Park (Shortcomings), and Lewis Pullman (The Starling Girl). Gala attendees include leading members of the entertainment industry including actors, directors, producers, executives and selected media.

Meet Me in the Bathroom x Celine

For Utopia and Pulse Film’s official Sundance Selection documentary Meet Me in the Bathroom - directed by Will Lovelace and Dylan Southern and based on the successful oral history released by author Elizabeth Goodman in 2017 - we partnered with photographer and Grand Couturier Hedi Slimane to celebrate the film’s official US theatrical release. The collaboration joins still-life images taken by Slimane during the book’s eponymous era of rock n’ roll revival between the years of 2001 - 2011 into a limited release concert poster to celebrate the film’s upcoming NYC and LA premiere events. The film features legendary bands such as The Moldy Peaches, The Strokes, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, LCD Soundsystem and more as it covers their come up amongst the backdrop of Lower East Side dive bars and gritty city streets. Hedi Slimane became synonymous with this era while at the helm of Dior Homme leading as its Creative Director and dressing rock musicians such as The Strokes, The Libertines, Franz Ferdinand and The Killers, among others. Slimane’s intimate relationship with music has remained a creative force in his work as he continues to set the tone for a relationship between fashion and underground musical talent.

Anvil x 22Red

In conjunction with Utopia and Abramorama’s theatrical re-release of the 2009 critically acclaimed documentary ANVIL! THE STORY OF ANVIL by director Sacha Gervasi, we partnered with 22Red a Los Angeles based premier cannabis lifestyle brand, founded in 2018 by System Of A Down bassist Shavo Odadjian. 22Red cannabis products are thoughtfully curated, maintaining a high-level potency and recognized throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada for their proprietary strains. Delving beyond the surface of celebrity, 22Red dedicates itself to providing customers with premium cannabis and high-quality apparel.

Shroomboom x Petit Ermitage

We worked with the mushroom e-commerce brand, Shroomboom, to officially launch its debut event in Topanga, CA at Elsewhere by Petit Ermitage. They hosted guests such as Co-founder of Google Sergey Brin, fashion icon Alana Hadid, co-founder of Brex Henrique Dubugras, actress and entrepreneur Tallulah Willis, actor Clive Standen, Luma Beauty founder Jess Hart, and many more gathered to experience what the mushroom brand is all about.

We curated interactive activations that were set up all around the hillside estate including whimsical insta-worthy photo moments by VIP transportation partner Autonomy founded by Scott Painter who was in attendance; Odyssey Mushroom Elixir tastings; Living Prana waffles & toppings bar featuring Noah Schnapp's TBH organic hazelnut spread; and a variety of Popadelics mushroom snack flavors. Additional vendors included brands such as MUDWTR, Fungirl Food, Akua- kelp "burgers", BREAD ARTISAN BAKERY's mushroom bread, Pop & Bottle, Pan's Mushroom Jerky, OMFG brain health gummies, Rainbo mushroom tinctures, Earth & Star, Package Free Goods, Pilgrim Soul, and AZUL chocolate. Guests sipped on specialty cocktails by King St. Vodka, Haus, and Mijenta Tequila along with an array of organic wines by Fresh Vine Wines.

Alana Hadid x La Detresse

We worked with Alana Hadid and Emily Perlstein who brought the best of summer to New York, toasting the new season — and their new La Detresse collection, Summer Trip — at Dante Seaport. The event found Chloe Cherry, Timo Weiland, Hadid’s supermodel sister Bella and more mingling and sipping cocktails from Belvedere Vodka, Rosaluna and Martini & Rossi.

Amy Schumer x Murmrr

We curated sponsorships for a one night only performance by Emmy-award winner Amy Schumer at The Clubhouse in the Hamptons. The show was followed by a MGMT (DJ set) after-party. A portion of all proceeds from the show were donated to The Retreat, a local East End organization, whose mission is to provide safety, shelter, and support for victims of domestic abuse and to break the cycle of family violence.

Longines x Bodvar House of Rose

In addition to developing and managing two Bodvár House of Rosés sponsored events during the Cannes Film Festival, we also identified opportunities for additional in-kind product seeding. By providing donated product to various high profile events throughout the Festival we were able to increase opportunities for brand awareness, sampling and visibility alongside celebrities, media and industry VIPs with onsite signage and product display as well as mention in media materials and logo inclusion on official invitations. Our event partnerships included actor Luka Sabbat, media outlets Variety and The Hollywood Reporter and industry orgs such as AMPAS, Pinewood Studio, Cinemoi and more.

Moments like this never last x Dover street Market

We partnered with Dover Street Market for the Utopia release of Moments Like This Never Last, Cheryl Dunn’s beautifully edited portrait of Dash Snow, a graffiti artist and prolific photographer, who used the streets of pre-9/11 NY as his canvas. Vividly capturing his decadent scene through intimate home movies and insider testimony, Moments Like This Never Last is at once a vital time-capsule and a spirited ode to outsider art.

rad x Etnies

We partnered with etnies for the 35th Anniversary release of iconic BMX film RAD and launched the first-ever official full-scale production of RAD limited footwear and apparel. The first RAD x etnies collection dropped in March 2021, and in conjunction with its release, we seeded product to a niche group of RAD-fan influencers, including but not limited to: musician, Post Malone; actor, Ed Helms; comedian, Daniel Tosh; comedian, Adam Samberg and his music group, The Lonely Island; The Goldbergs creator, Adam F. Goldberg; Alamo Drafthouse / NEON productions / Mondo collectibles founder, Tim League; the original actors from the RAD film, among others. We also worked with the etnies communications team to strategically share the news of the collaborative collection with relevant streetwear, BMX, and film media.

NRDC x Entertainment Weekly

To raise awareness for the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) organization, we developed a branded lounge at Sundance and partnered with Entertainment Weekly to attract high-level programming opportunities. We engaged talent and film projects focused on climate change issues including NRDC board member Julia Louis Dreyfus and Director Ron Howard of Rebuilding Paradise (a Sundance Official Film Selection). 

Acura Festival VILLAGE at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival

To showcase Acura's commitment to the independent spirit, we developed event programming for the Acura Festival Village at the Sundance Film Festival, managed brand and media partnerships for the IMDb Interview Studio, developed and produced panel programming for Sundance premiere films, and managed talent relations for celebrities attending the Festival Village.

Xbox x FADER Fort at SXSW

To maximize education, awareness and trial signups, for Xbox Game Pass, as well as drive Xbox console preference among a diverse, Gen-Z audience, the Brand Integration department partnered Xbox’s product marketing teams with The FADER magazine to sponsor FADER FORT – a three-day music festival that took place in Austin during SXSW 2019. At FADER FORT, we hosted a VIP Xbox Game Pass Gaming Lounge, provide Game Pass trial codes, customized Xbox t-shirt experience, filmed an Xbox Sessions with Big Boi from Outkast, as well as inclusion of digital and social marketing support from The FADER as part of our overall partnership.

Shiva Baby x Susan Alexandra

In celebration of our sister company, Utopia Films’, release of Shiva Baby, directed by Emma Seligman and starring Rachel Sennott, Molly Gordon and Dianna Agron, we partnered with New York jewelry designer, Susan Alexandra, to create a limited-edition Baby necklace. The hand enameled bronze on bronze chain is available in regular or pearly and is made by hand to order. We developed a co-branded retail page and marketing newsletter to announce the partnership and gifted celebrity talent (including the cast) and influencers to encourage social media engagements.

Swarovski x Mickey and The Bear

We worked with Utopia to celebrate the release Mickey and the Bear with a red-carpet premiere party presented by Swarovski at the Mondrian Terrace in New York City. The company acquired the film after its debut screening at the 2019 South by Southwest Film Festival. Other principal characters present at the event included Camila Morrone, Ben Rosenfield, Rebecca Henderson and Utopia co-founder Robert Schwartzman.
